LIGHTNING DREAMWORK FOR EVERYDAY
are going to become a dreaming society again, we need ways to make
it easy and safe – and fun – to share dreams with other people
anywhere, anytime. Through my many years of teaching and practice, I
have evolved a simple and powerful method for everyday dream sharing
that I call Lightning Dreamwork. Like lightning, it is very fast and
it focuses extraordinary energy. In the workshops, we allow just 8

a little practice, you may find it possible to complete the process
with a partner in only 5 minutes. This means that, however busy our
lives may be, we always have time to share our dreams.

awareness, images will come.

with caring and supportive partners who can help us to unlock their meanings and bring
their energy to heal and empower our everyday lives. A dream-sharing circle develops a
wonderful energy of its own. The basic requirement
for starting a dream group is very simple. It involves creating a safe space where we can learn to
tell our dreams simply and clearly and receive helpful, non-intrusive feedback.
